Who we are

FYP AI is run by a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at TODO.

What we collect and why

• Account data — your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google account name and email — to create and secure your account.
• App data you give us — app links, names, descriptions, screenshots and uploads, your brief — to generate slideshows. This is necessary to provide the service.
• Generated content — slideshows, captions, hashtags and images — so you can edit, export and revisit them.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card details.
• Usage records — which slideshows and AI images you generated, with an estimated cost — to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Anonymous analytics — page views without cookies, via Vercel Web Analytics.

Processors we use

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (hosted in the EU).
• Google (Gemini API) — generates slideshow text and AI images. We send your app details and brief, and prompts for images.
• Stripe — payments, invoices and VAT calculation.
• Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics.

Share links

When you use “Send to phone”, anyone with that link can view the slideshow for 7 days. Links are long random tokens that can’t be guessed, and search engines are told not to index them.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your app data, generated content, files and login immediately. Stripe keeps invoices and payment records as required by tax law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can delete your account yourself in Settings, or email TODO.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. Analytics are cookieless.
