The service

FYP AI helps you create photo slideshows that promote your app, which you post to social media yourself. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Plans, payment and cancellation

• Free includes 3 slideshows in total. Starter costs $20, Growth $60 and Scale $159 per month, with the slideshow and AI image allowances shown on the pricing page.
• A slideshow counts toward your plan when it is generated. Unused slideshows and AI images don’t carry over.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can switch plans or cancel any time in Settings → Billing; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices are in USD and include VAT where it applies.

EU right of withdrawal

If you’re a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. When you subscribe, you ask us to start the service immediately. If you then withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the service already provided. To withdraw, email TODO.

Acceptable use

• Only promote apps and websites you own or are authorised to market.
• Don’t use FYP AI to create fake reviews, fake testimonials, invented statistics or misleading claims.
• Don’t impersonate people or brands, and don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you post to, including labelling AI-generated content.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and to the slideshows you create. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service. AI-generated images are created by third-party models; see the AI content notice.

No guaranteed results

We can’t promise views, followers or downloads. Social platforms decide what gets shown.

Liability

We provide the service with care, but we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, to the extent the law allows.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
